adding modifier function to sla slicing
the add modifier function in fdm slicing is useful from time to time, but it is not available when slicing for sla printer
it'll allow us to do stuff like partially disable hollowing to reinforce parts like key holes, stopping the formation of suction cups, have different support setting for different part ...etc
