2.9.0 Snap Connector Separated in Slicer

 I tried adding snap connectors to a large part to get it to fit in the build plate. There are 4 locations that have connectors.

Only one of the connectors is sliced incorrectly, separated from the part with perimeters. All 3 other connectors are correctly sliced with the connector fully integrated into the body of the part.

How do I fix this? I did not catch it in time, and now it is printing with the connector separated from the part.

Please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

I figured a workaround where I cut the connector off and then nudged it slightly into the part.

Yes, for some reason the cut plane appears to have lost contact with the surface; I've no idea how that could happen.  In this position I would use dowel connectors, probably hexagonal and then I would print the dowels lying flat on the print sheet.
