I contacted them about it. But I am very... well... angry atm. It's not my credit card, either. That's fine.
So, double check your orders. Make sure you don't have the same problem I do.

What batch are they currently on for new orders? I'm batch one (you can see my post of when I ordered in the first page of this thread). I'm still a bit frustrated about the price increase over the founder's edition though, especially since I would've gladly gotten the founders edition if I'd known about the timing of the founder edition release before they sold out. I'm not sure if I was even awake during the time that the founders edition became available and when it sold out. If I was then there was no communication about it that I saw until it was too late. Feels rather absurd how I've seen some comments elsewhere complaining about the slightly less pretty and more view-obscuring front cover on the founders edition, given that they're paying half the cost that everyone else is, not to mention getting it earlier!
Overall this'll be great and exciting and all, but the increased cost over the founders edition definitely is frustrating.

@shrap How did you pay for your order? I initially tried to use Apple Pay (with the same card that I ultimately used to pay for it), and it reported that that payment failed. Entering card details manually worked fine though.

Credit. And I verified that was all golden with them. For now, I don't want to get too deep into it other than to advise everyone to confirm their orders were not cancelled. I will see what happens Monday when business resumes and decide how to proceed. And all because I was initially looking to buy Build Plates and wondered what batch I was in...

I don't follow things closely enough to have been in the window for the founders edition. But I would have been interested had I known. I think by the time I found out it was too late, if I remember right.

A second founders addition? 1200 only again? Will the price go up for the next batch? They must be running small batches so they don’t have to replace thousands of them if there are some production issues. It also shows the price increase, it’s a popular product and people want it. Time will tell if it’s only the first few guys or if it’ll go mainstream and continue to sell like crazy.

If Prusa cancelled your order by mistake, and you still want the INDX upgrade, I would very much hope that they can find an extra set for you to make this right.

That's disappointing. Seems to me that by charging your credit card Prusa have confirmed a sales contract with you. So they better meet their contractual obligations, or have a very good explanation why they can't.
Otherwise, "better luck next time" might really mean "better luck elsewhere". 🙄

I was already refunded. It could very well be an innocent thing on the payment processor side, out of Prusa's control. But I honestly believe Prusa is just messing with me. I am about two steps away from elsewhere, indeed. Problem is, I don't want to buy Chinese. That's why I went with Prusa. So, elsewhere is basically new hobbies at this point.
There are too many tech failures on the forums, Printables and now the ordering system to be just a string of bad code. The response is always "meh".
