INDX Filament mounts

Ordered the INDX and have been reading/looking at the specs. But I do not see what spool mounts are coming with the base INDX unit? The pictures show it build with 8 USS Dryboxes but not clear they are included and not in the BOM I saw.

Anyone know what the base mounting will be for the 8 unit filament, or should I get 8 USS Dryboxes on order now to have when my upgrade gets here.

Depending on what configuration you ordered, 4 or 8 tools, decides your mounting option. I believe you should get the necessary spool mounts for the sides of the C1, for the number of tools you buy, although I could be mistaken.

USS dry boxes do not come with the INDX kit. 8 USS are approx $250, so no, unless you add them to your order.

The dry boxes mount on the standard Core One puck, so you can just print more pucks and spool holders.

I don't see why I would want to spend all that money and mount 8 dry boxes. The only use I find for them is to print TPU and other moisture sensitive material. Or if you have only 8 rolls of filament, sure, keep them in the dry box. I'll have one or two of them mounted, the other mount points will be just regular spool holders.

Spool mounting is fine. I have my own dryboxes really I  plan to use so assuming the mounts are the same should be good. But yes, I would rather have filament I use all the time in the boxes ready to go. But if doing a lot of printing like daily I can see where there is no need.
