First print - Bed Collision and nozzle collision

Hi,

I just bought a new prusa core one L, done all the preliminary steps.

Already to load the filament, it was quite a nightmare, it took several tries before loading the filament.

After it, I tried to print a benchy boat. When starting cleaning the nozzle, the extruder hit several times the top front-right corner, detecting collision. After 5 and more minutes where it was stated cleaning nozzle, it told me that the nozzle wasn't clean. I repeated a few times the operations, but after a while I pushed ignore it.

Then print did not even start because the plate reached half of the height, and it mentioned that bed levelling was not possible (I cannot remember the exact error). After, the bed moved downward and had a collision at the bottom. I stopped immediately the job.

I am not an expert of 3d print, but I guess that all the x-y-z coordinates are not correct.

What should I do? any suggestion?
