First print - Bed Collision and nozzle collision
Hi,
I just bought a new prusa core one L, done all the preliminary steps.
Already to load the filament, it was quite a nightmare, it took several tries before loading the filament.
After it, I tried to print a benchy boat. When starting cleaning the nozzle, the extruder hit several times the top front-right corner, detecting collision. After 5 and more minutes where it was stated cleaning nozzle, it told me that the nozzle wasn't clean. I repeated a few times the operations, but after a while I pushed ignore it.
Then print did not even start because the plate reached half of the height, and it mentioned that bed levelling was not possible (I cannot remember the exact error). After, the bed moved downward and had a collision at the bottom. I stopped immediately the job.
I am not an expert of 3d print, but I guess that all the x-y-z coordinates are not correct.
What should I do? any suggestion?

Have you contacted support and explained your case?
Recently, even on other platforms, there have been more and more reports of errors with Prusa Core One L devices.
Quick start printing for Prusa XL and Prusa Core One
Comfortable display working height on the Prusa Core One
Reducing metallic resonance noises on the Prusa Core One

Yes, I contacted them yesterday.
Solution was to flush the firmware again via usb (I had to follow this instruction downgrade firmware even to install the same firmware), perform a belt tuning test (Adjusting belt tensioning) and performing a homing (Homing).
However, once all of this worked, I had to do a factory reset because my wifi was not working. I have redone then the calibration and the door sensor test failed (but it works, later I tried to open the door while printing, and print stopped).
First experience with Prusa not really smooth, but customer support was very patient on debugging all the problems (almost all fixed).

The filament was also not loading and I fixed that by cutting the tip (I found the suggestion in this or another forum, cannot remember)

To help other users with similar issues. If you need to retrieve the MAC address of your camera (for example to use it in a controlled wifi network), you can connect it to a hotspot from your phone, then go to your prusa app, in the camera settings go to wifi connection and there you can find the MAC address of the camera
