Filament support arm drooping
I am not sure of the formal name, but the support arm that guides filament across the top of the printer to the print head is drooping occasionally. The source of the issue is where the arm attaches to the back wall. The pin in that joint keeps working it way loose. Is there a way to order a replacement part?

Cheerio,
RE:
The default pin design is poor, Prusa CS will do nothing. Use a 3mm screw and lock nut. You can adjust the tension to remove some of the droop, go too tight and it will not turn. Might as well fix the drooping ptfe while you are at it. Again Prusa CS says there is no problem, Everything's Fine.

Gosh, this looks massive, I wonder how it influences the print calibrations 😀
