Core One L Chamber Temp

I'm having difficulty keeping my chamber temperature under 45C when printing low temp materials. I had installed the Advanced Filtration unit which I view as one culprit, but I just removed it and although it is cooler, it's typically sitting around 41C. Additionally my heat break is constantly over 40C sometimes pushing to 50C. All of this is happening when printing stock Prusa profiles using stock Prusament settings (using Prusament obviously). This is resulting in bad bridges and stringing.

In my current state, the advanced filtration unit is removed. My nominal chamber temp setting is 35C. I'm printing Prusament PLA and PETG. The top vents are fully open. Lowering the bed and nozzle temps barely impact the heat break and chamber temp, but they do impact my print quality. My room is 73F with 31% Humidity.

Prusa specifically marketed this printer saying that you could print PETG and PLA with the door closed, but I'm starting to wonder if that's valid.

I would love some advice.

RE:

What is your bed temperature set to? So your ambient room temperature is 23° which is normal. The chamber is only heated by the bed and from a much lesser degree from the nozzle. The fact the chamber is reaching this temperature with the vent open implies your bed temperature is too high.
