Bugreport and errors with the CORE One L
I couldn't find the github repository for the CORE One L firmware so here is a summary of problems that I have had with the printer.
1. I had to unplug the printer for a few days to clean my workspace around the printer. I did not move the printer itself during this time. I plugged in the printer and was almost immediately met by the below error. Doing a hard reset by switching the PSU on/off made it go away.
2. I had a print with "Complete individual objects" of 6 objects where I decided to cancel the last two objects that had not yet finished. I used Prusa connect to do this but the printer just hovered above the location for the 5th object while the timer on the LCD slowly progressed. The nozzle was still hot and not cooling down during this time.
The embedded video doesn't seem to work so here is the link: https://storage.googleapis.com/prusa3d-content-prod-14e8-wordpress-forum-prod/2025/12/26e3a17e-pxl_20251202_025001034.mp4
3. The Nozzle seems to dig into the steel sheet during initial homing or nozzle cleaning from time to time, this mark was made when the nozzle was clean. Since this is my first pre-assembled and CORE one series printer, I thought the nozzle was incorrectly installed but according to the instructions it should be fine?
This is the position of the nozzle after the above mark was made

RE: Bugreport and errors with the CORE One L
Hello,
I have had this error twice now on start up. Does anyone know where the crash dump is stored? cannot find anything on the usb drive.
RE: Bugreport and errors with the CORE One L
The description is probably not updated and since the firmware version is different for the CORE One L, I assumed there was a different repository that I couldn't find. I'll just make a post there as well. Thank you.
Firmware for the Original Prusa MINI, Original Prusa MK4, Original Prusa XL and Prusa CORE One 3D printers by Prusa Research.
RE: Bugreport and errors with the CORE One L
Prusa has a private fork of the repo and they sync it from time to time, so sometimes the new firmware source code is not immediately available.

I would guess that it could be the button cell battery. I would take it out and measure how much voltage it still has. Just as an experiment.
