CORE One/L with INDX as default

I can find that INDX kit will be available, but is there any info if Prusa will release a CORE One/L with INDX already installed? I don't know what to do - wait for complete package L INDX (will there be such option), or buy L and wait for INDX kit. I have mk3 (S+) and i'm really tired and don't want to do any upgrades to any future printer, but if there won't be CORE One/L with INDX already installed then there is no point of waiting :/

any suggestions?

RE:

Right now it is totally unknown if they will provide such setup.
Thus now it's better to get Core One L and wait for the upgrade kit,

If it happens then I expect Core One L with INDX preinstalled will be available at around 1 year from now.

I hope I will be nicely surprised if it happens before than that, than sadly dissappointed if it happens later or never.

10 years in the Prusa sphere, and I’d say that this is seems pretty right. Maybe they launch the CoreL-INDX 2nd half of next year, but I’d say it will be the end of the year before they are widely available. That would be about how things have gone in the.

you can request a kit and install it yourself, the wait time would be insanely high so better to get the printer now and kit later, than wait for the final product

I think, it would be better to wait untill next year, because the standard- extruder today (=Nextruder) is ommited.

Therfore, a tip to Josef Prusa: subtract the price for this (sum for original replacement-parts at 30.11.25: approx 270€).

On base of the cheapest INDX- upgrade- kit for the Core One (without "L"), that would lead to an additional price of approx. 300€.

Remember Prusa do not own the INDX system. It is developed and created by BondTech and is their technology. So although Prusa and Bondtech collaborated to develop the solution, the actual system itself is still by Bondtech - hence it is sold as an add on to the Prusa system. Prusa do not have the rights to sell it themselves. Maybe the 2 companies will work something out later whereby Bondtech allows Prusa to sell through their store, or pre-installed, in return for royalties etc, but that is as yet unknown......

That may be the state today, but on the website of Prusa, they announce, the distribution of INDX- upgrade- kit for the Core One (without "L")  by them selfe!

But anyway, the price for the Core One (now with "L") still without INDX is quite high.

If you today order the Core One L, you are forced to buy it including the original (Next-) Extruder,  and you have pay 270€ for nothing.

That makes it un- attractive for me (exept Prusa will develope a good, new MMUxyz by them own).

Ok for me would be an offer a Core One L without extruder with a reduced price.

From where I then order the INDX- "upgrade" (from Bondtech or Prusa) doesn´t matter me!

By the way, the extruders of the older 3D-printers of Prusa (Mk3 or Mk4 ?) are also from Bondtech, but there you could get it as complete package.

Prusa have already announced that they will sell INDX in their own store, after the initial wave of "Founders Edition" units which are sold exclusively via Bondtech.

Whether Prusa printers will be sold with INDX and without a Nextruder right from the start is a different matter, I think. That configuration must hurt Prusa, since they lose a chunk of revenue with good margins (the Nextruder, which they make) in exchange for revenue with presumably lower margins (the INDX system, which they just resell). But I would expect that customer demand will force them to offer this "Core with INDX" configuration; you can't really explain to customers why they need to buy a Nextruder only to put it into the drawer.
