Support Material hard to remove

Dear all,

Just started with some 3D Models of figures needing quite much support it's hard to remove them after printing. Organic supports had better results but still a pain to remove.

Used Buddy PLA and given setting on PRUSA Slicer with my C1

Some ideas for better results

RE:

You can adjust the contact distance between the supports and the object (Print settings > Support material > Top contact Z distance). For fine tuning, values which are not multiples of the layer thickness are also supported -- the slicer will generate GCode that goes to a separate Z position for the supports.

Or you can try reducing the extrusion temperature a bit, to make the filament "less sticky". Don't overdo it of course, since the adhesion between layers within the print is also affected.

Edit: Oh, and you can try a less dense "Interface pattern spacing" (also in the Support settings), and maybe experiment with the Interface pattern itself too.
