Ripples have appeared

Ripples have appeared, especially on the first few layers. I'm printing PLA. What could be causing this? I wiped the sheet with isopropyl alcohol. The filament is dried in a dryer throughout the entire print. Standard Prush slicer settings, 0.4 nozzle.
