Problem with "inside" of print

I am printing part for gears/differential for an RC car in Prusament PETG. I use default settings profile i Prisaslicer with slight slower first layer speed.
The surface is fine, but why do the inside/side facing down of housing become threaded an rough? Parts and bearing will not fit this way.

What do I do wrong and how can I fix it?

STL file:

Differential Cage

Please help!

RE:

Can you save your project as a 3MF, zip it and attach? Hard to tell, but you probably just need to add supports in the right places.
