Previous layers showing on top infill
I'm using the stock profile for the most part, but 20% gyroid infill. I've printed about 40 of these with changing settings and I haven't gotten one to work out properly like I have on my mini+. I've gone through support and they are stumped also. I have tried changing temps and layer width on top solid infill as well as solid infill. If anyone has a core one that wants to try printing this to see if it's an issue with my printer vs. the slicer that would be greatly appreciated. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZSqlODD95wXI4D4gsv_rhq-62nY0amMV/view?usp=sharing I'm losing my mind over this!
RE: Previous layers showing on top infill
Hello, it would have been great if you shared the .3mf for the CORE One and not for the MINI. 😉
Did the MINI got the correct results with the same filament? From the pictures it looks like to be a silk one, like "Viva La Bronze" which is prone to expansion when extruded.
BTW, any reason to use "Monotonic" instead of the default "Monotonic lines" for the top fill pattern? Plus you said you use 20% gyroid but your .3mf is set to 10% (which won't be the issue here for me).
RE: Previous layers showing on top infill
So sorry! This is the model https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iIe3jPzGlt0EkaZy42hLZ_bZtJTRGQCe/view?usp=sharing Yes the mini was perfect! No it's overture royal gold PLA. I don't dare try using silk haha. I did use 20% but that's on the core one. I've tried both on the core one and don't seem to get different results on monotonic/lines.
RE:
So I needed an excuse to test the new firmware (6.3.1), then I took your first .3mf, switched the profile to the CORE One one, 0.20mm STRUCTURAL, cut the top 1.5mm and set 20% gyroid infill with no bottom.
It is smooth like butter with Prusament PLA Azure Blue.
RE: Previous layers showing on top infill
Woahhh! Can you share your profile? I’ve tried with a number of other pla rolls and can’t get good results

Could you solve it yet?
My thoughts after checking the STL (but you didn't upload your core one profile, so I don't know which preset you were using?):
My Prusa Slicer opens with the 0.25 mm Speed profile, which uses Grid infill.
I think the bridges over the grid-lines simply sag too far down and aren't completely flattened with just a few top layers, especially when printing way faster, than the mini.
Your mini project uses Gyroid infill, which changes a few things:
Set your Infill to Gyroid vs. Grid and go through the last infill-layer and the top layers.
With Gyroid, the first top layer will be printed 90° to the infill-lines and then the top layers will be printed 45° over that first solid layer.
With Grid infill, the first solid layer will be printed in the same angle, as the infill and the other top layers only go 90° and 0° to it.
To I'd say: set your infill to Gyroid and test again.
