Polymaker Pollylite PETG settings
I tried printing this on the Core one and I was getting some pieces of filament that were hanging out from the print. I let it go in hopes that it would be ok but it eventually knocked 2 of the supports off so I had to cancel the print. Also that top surface looks awful. I used the generic PETG settings in Prusa Slicer and the spool was dried and stored in a dry box and was sitting at 20% humidity. There were no bed adhesion issues just the extra but that were hanging off. What do you think I need to do to address this issue is it as simple as adjusting the EM or do I need to tune the filament? Do you tune different filaments? What process do you use? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also I printed the same model with Jessie PETG (using the Jessie PETG profile) and it came out perfect. but I needed it in a different color.
RE:
I also have trouble with Polylite PETG. I don’t have a Core one, but a Mini+.
Here are my settings — so far, these gave me the least worst results.
RE: Polymaker Pollylite PETG settings
Polylite PETG was the only filament which did not print very well on my MK4s.
So I finished the spool and willnot use it anymore.
RE: Polymaker Pollylite PETG settings
Raise the nozzle temperature 10 degrees minimum. You should be at 250 minimum. The recommended speef from Polymaker is pretty low, I think only 50mm/sec. That being said I've successfully printed it by raising the nozzle temp.
Try starting with the Prusament PETG profile. It prints at 250 and it's a good baseline for settings.

PolyLite PETG has a very low print speed of 45 (mm/s). Shown in the attached data sheet. The generic prusa PETG settings worked fine for me. I changed only in the fillament settings the extrusion volume to 6 mm³/s for the HF 0.4 nozzle.
