One spiral prints fine, the other does not. What is best way to figure this out?

I'm printing a simple spiral pass through easter egg and getting rough edges on 1 of the 2 pieces. This has happened with multiple PLA brands (including one I dried for 8 hours at 50C) at multiple print temps (lowest and highest reccd) and at both low and high speeds.  The pictures showssthe outcome I'm getting--clearly a big difference between the two pieces that are printed at the same time. The picture labeled "front" is as the print was done, looking in from the front of the C0re One. The picture labeled "back" is  the build plat rotated 180 degrees to show you the back side of the print (or if ou can't see file names, the front picture is the one with the bunny ears to the right.

What is the next step(s) I can do to figure this out?  I can think of several things like printing some calibration prints (fyi I'm not having problems with other non-spiral prints) or swapping positions of the pieces to see if it's a slicing issue, but I'm hoping someone has encountered this before.

I am having the exact same issue, when printed on my XL.  When I print the base on my MK3S it prints fine.  I am assuming its a speed issue. Now trying to print on my XL with the same settings as my MK3 (slow).
