Gaps on top layer, underextrusion, slicer issue or wrong parameters?

Hey, I've got this problem pictured here:

 

Here a little exaggerated, because the filament color change was just one layer above the magenta one. But there's gaps where the edges meet the cutouts. How can I fill those? I even sort of see them in slicer when zoomed in:

I've tried upping the infill overlap settings from 15% to 20% but I don't see much difference. Filament is Made for Prusa PLA+ Matt

Have you tried both arachne and classic for the perimeter generator? looks a bit like general under extrusion though
