CORE One with MMU3, how to use original path?

I've got my MMU3 unit running smoothly, but I now have a need to use a 0.8mm nozzle.  There is no MMU3 0.8mm Nozzle profile.

I'm thinking I'll just go to the non-MMU3 printer setup and use the profile there.  Aside from swapping the MMU3 PTFE with the original path, are there any other considerations that need to be made to use the Original path?  Activating/disabling Filament sensors?

You can set up a non mmu3 printer in the slicer and use this profile, but on your hardware you can still use the mmu3 setup.

That means you do the slicing with the non-mmu profile and on the printer you do not have to change the ptfe tubes. Just run the filament through the mmu as usual.

When you start the printing it you can choose which material slot you want to use.

Interesting. I'll try that next time.

RE: CORE One with MMU3, how to use original path?

I can't use the MMU for TPU (too smooth material to transport through the MMU.

So I deactivated the MMU-function and swapped the PTFE-Tube to original path.

Then I have to load it manually and its printing.

But when I unload the TPU after the print, the Filament was sticking in the nextruder caused from ramming and builds a bubble next to the gear.

Any ideas to a workaround ?
