Z axis test failed

Im currently going to the calibartion process and it fails at the Z axis test.
It then reboots and gives a red screen with error.
Any tips where i should look at?  The nozzle is pressed all the way up.

resolving my own problem. Lowering the nozzle 1 mm did solve the problem

follow up.   When starting a print i got the bed level failed error.   I solved this again by lowering the nozzle. You can see the copper part now for about 5mm.
would this create further problems ? (cooling is a bit wrongly placed now)

RE: Z axis test failed

you might get Loading issues as the filament feed tube will be lower  than normal

I dont understand it though. That loadcell is factory placed on the metal cooling element.  How can it be triggered when the nozzle is higher up?

RE: Z axis test failed

Hi Wim,
the load cell responds to vertical displacement
so whether the nozzle is at the normal height, or artificially lower,  pressure on the end of the nozzle will still act vertically

I don't have a core one, so I have no idea why your printer doesn't work with the nozzle in the normal position, is something stopping the build plate reaching the nozzle?

The nozzle definitely shouldn't be that low, you should only see a tiny bit of copper.
Get onto Prusa support/Chat...they'll get you sorted.

Can you upload a picture of the rear corner with the cable cover of the print bed? Maybe your fan duct is hitting the cover.

Change the position of the wire from the filament sensor. It should be behind the pte tube
