RE:
As next step you can also check if Z motors connectors are properly connected. There is extension board under the printer where they are connected. And then it leads to Buddy Board. It may be issues there, or maybe even faulty Z stepper motor driver (which is unlikely, Prusa tests all electronics, but thing breaks sometimes).
RE: Ugly walls
Loosening the screws on the bearings did not help.
But manually measuring the bed was interesting. The bed in the middle-back was 1mm too low after z-calibration. Really weird. I manually upped the bad until the nozzle touched the bed. Now printing cylinder again.
RE: Ugly walls
I have just assembled my Core One kit. My bed was clearly askew. I haven't found out exactly why.
As a quick solution, I shimmed 1.5 mm on the right during the Z calibration.
Raise your bed and observe the distance between the nozzle and the bed as you move X over the bed.

1.5 mm deviation seems pretty wild. Are the CoreXY frame and the printer's base properly mounted via all the screw holes in the frame and enclosure? The two vertical front profiles, as well as the back wall, should define the distance between base and CoreXY frame, and in my experience they do that consistently and to an accuracy of a few 1/10 mm.
Could you check with a ruler whether the CoreXY frame and the bed are parallel? (Just measuring the distance near all four corners?)
RE: Ugly walls
The front profiles fitted perfectly. It is from left to right. So that I could see it with the naked eye.
When I measure from the floor to the CoreXY frame, it is accurate.
But I can see the different distance when the bed is at the top. If you look at the distance between the trapezoidal nut and the upper bracket you can see it clearly.
RE:
I have the exact same problem as you.
Yesterday I spent over 5 hours with support, and we found no solution, except that it's acceptable to them.
RE: Ugly walls
Yes, Prusa support often told me that "it's acceptable" for different issues (VFA, noises...). It drives me crazy, when you KNOW that it's not normal because you see others prints, you don't ask if THEY find it acceptable or not, just to help you solving the issue...
RE : Murs laids
I think I'll send it back and get a second BambuLab.
RE:
i have the same problem with my CORE One. i also cheked everything on it. The Support send me spare part (the printable parts on the Z-Motors) but i changed them and i dont solved the problem. I Have a Prusa XL and MK4S and CORE One and 2 Vorons. All printers printing perfect, just the CORE One makes me crazy.

RE: Ugly walls
so we have no solution from Prusa
RE: Ugly walls
My bed was too low at the middle back leadscrew, for around 2mm. I modded the part and added 2mm at the bottom, printed in PCCF, now the bed is level again after z-calibration.

Is the bottom where it calibrates not flat? I'm just curious to figure out why it needs a spacer.
RE:
it is completely flat.
I think my assembled one is was a bit skewed during assembly. There is another topic about this issue.
I'll contact support, because this shouldn't happen.
RE: Ugly walls
Hello, i just finish to build my Core One, and make prints test. The result almost good.
My first test was a little worse, but after i align the 3 lead screws with the top, it look better.
I don't know if this can help on your research of the problem.
Now i need to find how to make a good belt tension, because my phone don't want to work with the app, and with my headset and PC, it's too sensible xD
RE: Ugly walls
I’m currently designing a little leadscrew alignement tool, since I found it difficult to align these with the top when the bed is in lowest position. This one is for the 2 front leadscrews.
I see you printed the Prusa belt tensioner. I still have one!

Have you tried the web version of the Prusa Belt Tuner?
RE: Ugly walls
Yes i try the web version, but the micro is to sensitive, even a the minimum, so every sound/move make the mic to me crazy.

Look great thank you.
