Printer profile doesn't show up
Hey guys
I just got the new Prusa CORE One printer but it doesn't show up in the PrusaSlicer configuration wizzard. Does anyone know what to do? I can't add the printer profiles with the "Prusa FFF offline" either.

Which Slicer version are you using?
Are you logged in to the slicer configuration tool?

I just got mine today. I am using a Mac. I had the exact same issue. Got on chat w Prusa, zero help because they (India I assume) are only able to help with PC. I did a clean install (meaning removing all files from Prusa), reinstall and try again, no dice. I went to my Parallels PC side. Installed the PC version and had the Core One profile. At this time, it seems a Prusa Mac Prusaslicer 2.9.0 issue.

Since you got nowhere with Chat unfortunately, I'd open an issue on the Prusaslicer github page. It seems like it would be an easy fix for them to add it on the servers the profiles pull from so it can be pulled down.

i use the prusaslicer version 2.9.0 and i am logged in. i even tried to check for the configuration updates but there is no update.
i also tried to load the profiles manually (local sources) but it didn't work either.
it's funny that it's working on some pc and not working on other pc...
i reached out to prusa helpline but they just said i should try to check for config updates. but yeah, didn't work.
maybe it will work with the 2.9.1 alpha version...

I found it out! 😀
It was just the hitbox in the preferences; other; Allow downloads from printables.com... I just had to allow that and now it works and it shows the core one.
