Printer collision problem.
My Prusa Core One printer has had a problem since the first print. When I try to print something, it sometimes works, but not always. It says: printer collision detected. After this warning, the print bed and extruder move back and forth. After that, a second warning appears, saying: printer homing not possible. Do you want to try again? This warning also says, "Try checking the belt tension or dirt on the axis." When I then click on "Retry" at the very bottom, everything moves around and tries again, but always without success. Then the third warning appears, saying: repeated collision detected. Do you want to continue or pause the print? At the bottom, it says again: try checking the belt tension or reducing the sensitivity in the tune menu. At the bottom, it also says, "Continue or Stop." I really don't know what the problem is. I just used the Prusa tool to correctly measure the frequency by setting the filament voltage. Now I'm trying to access the tuning menu, but without success. Where is the tuning menu to adjust the sensitivity? Please reply promptly. Best, Felix

First, check your pulleys - make sure they're oriented in the proper direction.
The belt tuning option is under "Settings", "Manual Belt Tension".
