Nozzle Cleaning on the right side??
My MK4S always did the nozzle cleaning and extrusion before printing on the forward of the left side of the print bed. Since upgrading to the CORE One, it now does this on the right side. I think I'm getting some nozzle cleaning fails because the nozzle is touching the paint on the powder coated and satin sheets in some spots, and then bare spots other times.
Is this normal? If no, how exactly do I fix it?

Yes, the Core One does its nozzle cleaning dance on the right, that's normal. Prusa are selling Core-One-branded versions of some of the build plates which don't have the white print in that area. Reports on whether or not that makes a difference vary.

The nozzle cleaning isn't going to be any different on the left side - it would still happen over the printing on that side of the build plate.
The Core One has this issue, particularly for PETG. I fixed it using a nozzle wiper and custom g-code. You can also fix it by ensuring no filament is left on the extruder before the cleaning, as that operation is pretty ineffective.

Thanks for the reply!
My question was more along the lines of, is it normal to do the nozzle cleaning and purge on the right? I'm just used to the MK4 and MK4S doing all of that on the left side. I feel like the raised printing on the right of the build plate on the satin and powder coated sheets might be tricking the load cell into thinking there is something on the nozzle or that it's oozing.
To be clear, I haven't observed the same behavior on the PEI sheet. The build plate taps the nozzle 3 or 4 time before leveling. The other two sheets have raised paint on the right side, and it taps the nozzle a good 20 times before bed leveling.
I've only had this thing up and running for a couple days after the upgrades, so I'm just unsure if this is all normal behavior.
I am on the latest firmware and slicer version as well.

That's what I needed to know!
I'll cover that area with some hot glue and peel it off. It should remove the paint fairly easily. The paint has already come off where it does the purge.
Thank you!
