Sure. I just tried with a different roll, that has been in dryer, fresh, 10% humidity on the clock (cant indicate less than that) so it is likely less. 

Nozzle cleaning fail.

Water can be bound in the polymer matrix, and will only be released when the temperature is high enough. Dry air in the filament dryer does not imply dry filament.

Didn't discard anything. That iw why each dryer is opened frequently to allow fresh air frequently. Thanks

Check out this video scientifically testing and measuring if it's even possible to dry nylon at 70°C. Considering that Polymaker CF nylons have higher drying temperature (100°C) than usual nylons (90°C), it's unlikely that your filament is dry.
