Nozzle cleaning fails on the first try 100% of the time
Title.
Independent of print sheet, material, nozzle, nozzle cleanliness, updating the firmware, time of day, humidity, zodiac sign, etc. Nozzle cleaning always fails on the first try and must manually be told to try a second time for every single print. What would cause this behavior?
RE: Nozzle cleaning fails on the first try 100% of the time
If the nozzle is free from obvious debris , you may be running into the interference between plate heater and loadcell sensor. If you search in the forum you will find a few threads about this. Solutions vary from modifying the start gcode in prusaslicer (workaround) to separating the powercable cables in the main cable "tree", to disconnecting the pins in said cable tree and twisting the cable pairs and reconnecting the pins afterward. All to avoid the crossover of noise from the high-currennt heating lines into the low voltage sensor lines.
