kit, nozzle heater check error

so i finally got and assembled the printer.. when doing the initial testing though, I had to skip the y axis for now just to make sure everything else works.
The only problem that im having is the the nozzle heater check first has the heatbreak checked, but then switches to all 3 marks being crossed. Im not sure what the issue is and i somehow cant really find anything that could help here.

I did check the cabling and also replugged them but sadly without success.. When I try to heat the nozzle through the software, it turn off and gives me the 31212 error but there isnt anything thats helping aswell. I also sadly dont have a multimeter here to test the cable.

Does anyone here have an idea?

For first build issues it's always best to contact Prusa Support via chat.

You will need your machine's serial number and possibly your order number.

Log into your Prusa account; on most browsers chat is at bottom right.

Cheerio,
