Intermittent Extrusion
Hello - Has anyone else seen this issue?
I'm getting intermittent extrusion. Before I go tearing into the extruder, I figured I'd post here to see if this has a known fix. I'm running Polymaker PLA+, and have put at least 12 rolls of it though the machine at this point. The issue only showed up after some heavy back-to-back printing runs last week. I have changed the nozzle since then - I installed a hardened 0.4 - so I'm certain this is not a nozzle clog. Note that not all of the under extrusions are aligned with each other in Z.
I do have an outboard dry box, so the filament path is about 24" inches longer than stock.
Any thoughts are much appreciated. Thanks in advance. -- P
Hmmmm, that does look a bit like a partial clog - I would run a couple of cold-pulls just in case.
