Before you did the physical conversion, was your MK4S firmware up to date? As the assembly instructions state: 

Ensure your MK4S printer has firmware 6.2.4 or newer before continuing. Otherwise, your newly converted CORE One will not work, and will resist updating.

If you are starting from an MK4S version that is too old, I believe the way to recover is:

• Disconnect the xBuddy expansion board and the door sensor, to let the printer believe it is an MK4S again.
• Boot, update to firmware 6.2.4
• Reinstall the Core One components
• Boot, update to firmware 6.4.0

Maybe you can also update to 6.4.0 right away while you are in "MK4S mode"; not sure. The above procedure was reported to work earlier, before 6.4.0 came out as the new "unified firmware".

@Jürgen I think you only need to disconnect the door sensor. Same happened to me, I don't remember having to disconnect the expansion as well.

Datum und Uhrzeit können nicht eingestellt werden, weil ich nicht so weit komme wie im Bild zu sehen ist.

Software ist auf den aktuellen Stand.

Ich meldete ja neue Hardware erkannt, auch heute wieder dasselbe. Der >Support lässt sich Zeit mit der Rückmeldung.

Ich brauche da echt Hilfe!!

Mit Datum und Uhrzeit hat Dein Problem vermutlich nichts zu tun. Die wahrscheinliche Ursache ist, dass Du den Umbau vom MK4S mit einer alten Firmware gestartet hast, die nicht auf die Verwandlung zum Core One vorbereitet ist. Das war der rot gedruckte Hinweis in der Bauanleitung, s. oben. Wenn Du sagst "Software ist auf dem aktuellen Stand" -- welche Software meinst Du, und welcher Stand ist das?

Um jetzt Abhilfe zu schaffen, darf die Firmware den Drucker eben nicht als Core One erkennen. Du musst den Türsensor abklemmen; dann denkt die Firmware, dass sie es mit einem MK4S zu tun hat. In diesem Zustand kannst Du ein Firmware-Update einspielen. Wahrscheinlich funktioniert es, direkt auf 6.4.0 zu aktualisieren -- diese Firmware unterstützt ja sowohl den MK4S als auch den Core One.

Ich versuche es , aber eher auf der logischen Schiene als auf der wissenden.

Ich meldete ja neue Hardware erkannt,

Rein vom Aufbau ist der C1 ja nix anderes als der MK4. Ein paar Teile sind dazugekommen UNTERANDEREN die Zusatzplatine, die über den Buddy sitzt.

Steck doch mal die ab und und starte den C1 wieder mit einen vorher formatierten Stick und der letzten SW vom Mk4, so wie es auch in Handbuch beschrieben wird.

Ich vermute, die Meldung "neue Hardware erkannt" bezieht sich auf die kleine Zusatzplatine.

Good morning, Before upgrading from MK4S to Core Plus, I updated the software on the MK4S to version 6.4.0. I had already had problems with MK4S because it had an error in the print preparation that stopped it from reloading and caused it to stop responding. I then completely reset it to factory settings, installed the new 6.4.0 software and calibrated it. This was also successful. After that, I started the conversion.

Another idea: The error message pictured in the initial post above says to "click the knob once during the boot"; that will get you into firmware update mode. Did you do that?

(Noch eine Idee: Die Fehlermeldung, die im ersten Post abgebildet ist, sagt, dass man während des Bootvorgangs den Encoder-Knopf drücken muss, um zum Firmware-Update zu kommen. Hast Du das versucht?)

I had the same problem. When my screen showed this message, i pressed the reset button and while booting, i pressed the turnable button once or twice, can‘t remember. 
After that i got the message that the core one firmware will be flashed. Then it worked as a Core One+.

Ich hatte das selbe Problem wie du. Als mein Screen so aussah, habe ich den Reset Knopf gedrückt und während des Bootens 1 oder 2 mal den drehbaren Knopf gedrückt. Ich wurde gefragt, ob er zum Core One flashen soll und das wars.

Seit dem läuft er ohne Probleme.

I would like to thank you again for all your support with my problem. After many attempts, I managed to install the firmware on the Core One Plus. Now I still have the problem that I cannot log in to Prusa Slicer. But that's the wrong topic here. So thank you again.Without you, Prusa would really be in trouble.
