Filament unload failed, "open idler and remove manually" message but I can't find instructions how?
My core one just failed to unload filament at the end of a spool (Prusament PLA), and is giving me the error message above. This message led to absolutely no useful instructions that I could find (multiple googling attempts with various keyword combos, etc) but eventually I got this page:

These instructions (step 3) said to "start by removing the PG case", and after taking the screws out I am stuck because I cannot pull the unit off. Looking at it closely it seems that the planetary gears are c-clipped on and now that I am unable to reassemble this easily (the screws will not go back in) I decided to stop before I make the mess worse.
Is there a better HOWTO I am unable to find for some reason? I cannot imagine I am the first person to receive this error message but for the first time with this printer I am absolutely unable to find a KB article or video or something.

You don't have to open/disassemble the gear. Just open the Lever #1 upwards and than you can open the the idler. #2
That way you can pull out the filament manually. take a look from the side to check for debries on the gear. (try to blow it out ore use a toothpick or similar)

Thank you - that would have been much easier! I feel like the documentation is very unclear on this for some strange reason. Maybe it is assumed to be so obvious that no one would need help 🤣 I bought this printer assembled, otherwise I'm sure I would have known... I feel like when you have an error message that says "do X" that the QR code should go to a page which shows exactly how to do that. None of the pages it took me to show that, or they don't do so clearly. In every other case the documentation has been excellent.
In any case, I opened this and the filament snapped at the top of the barrel when I attempted to move it, as I think the filament stripped on unload as it was still fully loaded into the barrel. However, I was able to insert a new filament following the normal procedure and it extruded properly so I am printing again. Thanks for the help!
