Filament stuck in Bowen tube core one

hey guys, this is the first time I’ve had a little issue with core one and it’s not the printer’s fault but old filament so I have some filament stuck right in the area of the nozzle as you can see as broken off just above the area that it comes into the print head. I’ve tried purging the rest of the filament, but apparently it’s not grabbing it so I need to figure out how to remove this piece of filament and I haven’t been able to find any instructions on YouTube or anywhere else to remove the tube itself. I’ve tried pressing on the black plastic portion, but I think because there’s a piece of filament stuck in there it’s not moving. Any ideas on how I can get this removed and get back to printing

RE:

Remove the Bowden tube from the top of the extruder and you should be able to access that piece and pull it out. Push down on the ring on the Bowden connector to release the tube.

I did try to push down on it, but I still can’t easily seem to pull out the clear plastic tube. I was wondering if the piece on the inside was preventing that. I’ll give it another shot. Thank you

Thanks Guys, Easier than I expected and glad I didn't go at it with an Allen key!  After being brave about pulling the filament out I am back in action!

Use the multi-wrench. The end with the smaller opening fits the Bowden tube and is able to press down on the release ring while you pull on the tube to remove it.
