Distance between electronics box and power supply unit?
Good morning,
I would like to position my Octoprint device (Raspberry Pi in an Argon One case) between the electronics box and the power supply on the back - with magnets of course.
Therefore, it would be helpful if I knew what the distance between the two is to determine if the Argon One case will fit in between. Could one of you please measure this distance and write it here. That would be very kind. Thank you very much!
Bye
Stefan

Use Prusa Connect Service not so slow and receive a lot of information and funktion... Octoprint is a external tool and in the pi slow 🙂

It would be too inappropriate to explain all my reasons for Octoprint here. So I'll only do so briefly here: When I started using Reprap 3D printers over 10 years ago, I wanted to have a convenient way to use this printer (at the time it was a Mendel90 kit from the UK).
Octoprint was the right solution at the time. Over time, there have been a number of practical extensions that I would not want to do without now. I have and have always had full Ethernet speed, a browser display that beats any printer display by far and everything in an open source Linux environment with a large and open community. I know Gina Häußge personally and support her via Patreon.
I can explain this further - if anyone has any questions, please feel free to contact me personally - I am happy to write in more detail.
Bye

RE: Distance between electronics box and power supply unit?
Hi Stefan,
Yes, it was the same for us... until we tested Prusa Connect and ohhh today even comfortable slicing in the browser with all the settings. The world stopped at Octoprint and Prusa just took another step with Prusa Connect and really improved it. Take a look at it. You can do it in parallel. Not everything that used to be good is still good today.
but at the end, use what ever you are need.
