dimensional size error

Hi,

I have core One with firmware 6.4.0-RC11796 and PrusaSlicer 2.9.3, i use structural profile 0.20mm

I have a problem with dimensional size.

I have print cube for calibrating wall 40x40x40

but i obitain the high of 40.98mm

x was 39.90 and y :39,96

I can't find the value of motor step to adjust

Thanks

RE: dimensional size error

I think you could correct this via Filaments > Advanced > Shrinkage compensation Z.

But a deviation of 1 mm over a height of 40 mm seems excessive to me -- neither filament shrinkage nor deviations in the pitch of the Z leadscrews should cause deviations of that magnitude. Is it possible that your Z drive is losing steps on the way down? But it seems unlikely that this would affect all three motors in equal amounts. Was the print positioned in the center of the bed? Are the top and bottom surface of your test cube nicely parallel, or is there skew?

Hi,

Yes print was on center of the plate, size is near the same on every corner now near 40,9mm.

wall was now 0.45mm size affter calibrating and the cube have 40,02x39.95
