Did anyone receive main cables that are too short in their upgrade kits?
I went MK4S to CORE ONE+. I bought the kits early last year and just got around to assembling them.
Problem is the "main cables" from the printhead to the Buddy box are ~30"/76cms and the only cables I see listed under parts for that name is ~130cm. Has anyone else encountered this?

My cable was too short when I added the COREBOXX. But the COREBOXX upgrade included the same cable so, I spliced them together to make it work. I'm not sure how to resolve the problem your having. Sorry 😔

Thanks for your reply anyway. I definitely need a longer cable. If I spliced both of them together, then I would still only have one machine that works

I'd definitely contact support via the chat. Let them replace the cable, or at least explain.
