Core One - Please Open Idler and remove filament
My Core One ran out of filament and I got this message. "Please open idler and remove filament manually". Not knowing how to open the idler I thought a quick google and there would be a helpful image or video. Several attempts later and I give in. If I had a Mk3 or 4 there would be no problem but I have been unable to find anything that tells me how to open the idler. Can anyone point me at an image or video?

To open the idler lift up the idler latch #1, then pull out idler lever #2. Remove the Bowden tube by pressing down on the black ring. You should be about to pull out the stuck filament.
It's almost identical to the MK4.
Here is an illustration showing the idler open with the catch raised - lift the catch and your idler will open similarly.
