Core One LED indicator lights
This may be a newbie question, but have you considered using the LED indicator lights to show the progress of the print, in addition to printer’s current status?
Like the more lights from left to right are shown, the further the printing job is. It would make easier to follow the progress from distance.
RE: Core One LED indicator lights
Prusa's take on this is that progress is indicated by the bar moving from top to bottom, together with the print bed. They have pitched that "feature" in a couple of videos, so they may not see a strong need to implement a left-to-right LED status bar. But I agree that left-to-right would have an added advantage: The full width could always be scaled to represent the full duration of the print, so it's easier to estimate at a glance what percentage of the print is already done.
I understand that the LEDs are indeed the daisy-chained, individually addressable type (WS2812B or compatible). Can anyone confirm that?
RE: Core One LED indicator lights
There are just a five LEDs. So not much details for progress bar. By default they indicate if various temperatures meets expected value, filament is loaded, etc. You can change what each one represents (so they are individually addressable). And they all switch to green when the print is finished.

I checked it again. I confused it with UI footer settings. So I don't know for sure if they are individually addressable. I'm sorry if I confused someone else.
