Core One Filament Spooling issue

This is similar to another post I created about my filament breaking in the Bowden tube, but I wanted to start a new topic on it because I have a theory about what might be happening that is causing this with ALL my filaments.

It seems that no matter how perfectly wound my Filament is from the start, that eventually the filament spool as it unwinds,it tends to overlap on itself (see image below.)  I thought that this was due to the difference between the Core One and previous Mk3 and Mk4 without a Bowden tube and the fact that the spool unwinds much further away from the Extruder but the Core One has a stationary entry much closer to the spool.
What I have a theory about is this:  could the Nexruder be gradually twisting (rotating it along its feed axis)  the filament as it feeds? This would answer the question why my filament is overlapping as it unspools.  This would explain what I'm observing.  Furthermore, if I remove the spool from its holder (while its printing) I observe that the filament is twisted (i.e. bias in a direction) that causes it to overlap on the spool, can that I can relieve that twisting by flipping the spool around a few times to relieve the twisting.

Thoughts?

Here it is, almost at the end of the filament on the spool. You can see where the bias from the Bowden entry tube seems to bias the filament to overlap

RE:

It's impossible for the filament to overlap during printing. If an overlap is there now it was there when you loaded the filament. Filament may find loose windings to drop in-between, but never overlap (get underneath a winding as in a knot).
