Core One does not unload fillament

We used ASA on the Core One. After about a spool of good prints the extruder made ticking sounds and would not unload anymore. Removed the heatblock and nozzle, cleand it and put it back together. Loaded PETG and ran an test, print OK. But unloading the PETG was not possible, the ticking sound again. What should I do?

Addition

Although the filament can't be retracted, it can be reloaded and purged. So it seems the filament can only move forward and not backward.

Check the idler tension screws. Maybe tighten them slightly (like 1/4 of a turn). Also, try running the gearbox calibration.

RE: Core One does not unload fillament

I tightened the idler screws by 1/4 turn and was able to unload the filament before running the gearbox calibration. The calibration completed successfully, and I was able to load PETG, although I noticed some rattling sounds. However, the filament is now stuck again, and the extruder produces rattling and ticking noises during ramming and unloading. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
