Core One+ Calibration and Filament Sensor Issue

Good morning,

I have been experiencing problems with my Core One+ for the past few days. It is no longer printing properly, and during calibration the filament sensor test fails. The printer had been running without any issues since December 2025.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to determine what is causing the issue. I have attached the log.txt file log from this morning — perhaps someone can identify the problem from it.

I would greatly appreciate a quick response.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Markus Reichert

Best if you contact support for something like this.

Solution: downgrade to firmware 6.4.0 - information from Prusa support: it seems that FW 6.5.3 is buggy

RE: Core One+ Calibration and Filament Sensor Issue

I am also having problems with my own Core One +,  So far the print quality has been fine and the unit has behaved well. Unfortunately I cannot seem to figure out what is wrong with either of the filament sensors.

There is no way to know which sensor is bad.I have attached a log file with the filament out:and a log file with an attempt to calibrate the filament

I noticed that the filament counter seems to be constantly running during the test as if the system thinks there is a continuous use of filament. This seems wrong to me.I have tried cleaning the nextruder and the side sensor. Any additional advice would be appreciated.log-running-a-filament-cal
