CORE One - Annoying sounds
Hello,
can someone tell me where the annoying squeaking sound is coming from (direct at the beginning of the video)? I have already checked the belt tension and greased the rods.

The rattling sound is definitely caused by printing infill.
So far I have printed without any problems, without these noises. It started today.
RE:
It almost seems like the C1 hits a weird resonance at the same spot on each layer but doesn't happen every spot on each pass so just at a certin point the sound t happens every few moments, but to me sounds like a high pitch vibration sound hard to explain
RE: CORE One - Annoying sounds
Thanks for the reply and I have now actually printed with the STRUCTURAL profile. I will check it out.
I am currently printing with the 0.2mm SPEED @COREONE HF0.4 profile. I have the same sounds.
RE: CORE One - Annoying sounds
Mhh, I sadly don't really hear the squeaking. Can you record another video, where it's somewhere in the middle of the recording?
The rattle during the infill is simply the acceleration of the Core One during the small moves. Try switching to stealth mode, which simply uses slower maximum speeds (160 vs 350 mm/s) and way lower acceleration values.
The steady resonance noise during the long Y-axis lines should be the 80 mm/s resonance, Scott linked you to.
So from my view, only the squeaking stays a mistery. But to really analyse it, I would need to download your video, cut the first second into a loop etc. So please just record another video and don't make it a short (if possible).
RE: CORE One - Annoying sounds
I will try it.
