Core One - 2. Base assembly
Hello,
Our Core One arrived and we started putting it together according to Prusa Core One kit assembly (1.00) found on their website.
Step 2. Base Assembly, sub step 4. Base Assembly: parts preparation states “⬢Z-axis left motor (2x) found in the Motor set box.” and “⬢Z-axis right motor (1x) found in the Motor set box.”
So far the boxes have the same name in the instructions as the labels on the boxe with one exception. The box that the motors are in is called motor kit, not “motor set box” as per the instructions. The side on the motor kit box also says “Motor Kit for MK4.”
According to the instructions I’m supposed to have Z-axis left motor (X2) and Z-axis right motor (X1), but I only have (1X) Z-axis right motor and (1X) Z-axis left motor.
I think they sent me the wrong motor set box, so I emailed Prusa. This was their reply.
“Thank you for contacting us. The motor box is fine. You also should have a third Z-motor in the package. Can you please double-check that?If you have any other questions or requests, feel free to contact us.Thank you, have a great day. “
I have replied to the email and I’m waiting for their reply.
I have attached the pics I sent to Prusa
Did they send the wrong motor box set?
For people who have assembled a Core One, does the motor box set match what mine says?
Are the 3 motors found in the same box?

The third motor is in a different box. "One Z-axis left motor is packed separately in the Electronics & chamber parts package."
