Buddycam - Connects to Wifi - No images / video
Prusa Core One - Having trouble with Buddycam. Upgraded the firmware, has the male voice now, successfully connects to the wifi.
Not able to see images in Prusa Connect - online or in the ios app.
Does the printer need to be printing before the images appear?

The printer needs to be turned on but doesn't have to be printing. Which printer firmware version are you running?

Yes the camera is activated in the firmware in the printer. It says "connected to wifi" when it starts up.

The printer firmware is 6.3.4

My apologies, the problem was due to an incorrect router configuration. My primary DNS server information was incorrect. After updating the router and rebooting the printer - everything works as it should.
