Belts tension way appart from each other

I've tried many times to adjust my belts so they match the recommended tension frequencies.

Unfortunately the top belt is too tight at ~107 Hz whilst the bottom one is way too low at ~82 Hz.

How can I make them get closer together? I have already taken the hotend apart and tightened the bottom belt, but when I try to adjust it, they're always that distant from each other.

Adjusting frequencies doesn't change that very much as if I don't adjust both belts simultaneously, the gantry goes out of square with the frame.

Ok, seems like I figured it out. After a frustrating experience with support the other day, I decided to investigate a bit more.

My gantry was out of square at rest (with no belt tension), so it was relying on the different tensions to stay square. I fixed it by bending the gantry attachments a little by pulling one side towards me until it was square at rest.

After that, I managed to get both belt tensions right.

Hey, I'm curious on how you did this, but with more details? Are you talking about the linear holders when you're mentioning the gantry attachments? and did you basically unscrew the tensioning screws to get the rest state of the gantry?

I'm new to the terminologies, that's why I'm asking.. I'm having some issues with the Y-axis "slipping" when printing. And when I've tensioned the belts, there seems to be a little play on the Y axis.

I don't recall where I saw Prusa's description of this process for getting the gantry square initially, if indeed I did, but I described it here: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/760836/
