Bed doesn't want to stay level
So the bed of my PrusaOne doesn't want to stay level... On the first day, it got bad-enough that the rear screw jammed completely. I was able to manually fix it with support's help, (turn off motors and manually crank it flat and then all the way down) but even now, the bed keeps tilting around the X axis which means I can't get good layer adhesion on any print that has a bit of length along the Y dimension. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered that and maybe found a solution.
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
Have you contacted support again to let them know the issue is still happening?
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
This may be the same problem as reported here: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/735598/
But there is no resolution yet in that thread.
Please contact suppport, and please let us know how it went. I find it a bit disappointing that we have heard about several major problems people experienced with their new printers, but hardly ever read about a resolution. Have none of these been solved? Or do users just not find the time to come back to the forum and post an update?

Yes. No real solution has been found so far.

I'm also disappointed, but then again, they're trying to debug a problem that happens inconsistently on a brand new product. I'm not surprised it is taking them a while to figure out what is going wrong and how to fix it.
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
I have a similar issue but mine seems to be with my front left z-axis screw. I ran a print and during levelling the nozzle was actually colliding with the bed during movements. The printer detected this and ran a z-calibration and the back and right z-axis screws bottomed out about 5-10mm before the left one.
I've also noticed a knocking sound from my z-axis movements during long moves (e.g. calibration, or end of prints), but I've not isolated the source of the noise. I suspect it is the axis briefly binding, which over time causes one screw to de-sync with the rest.
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
After checking multiple different things, including switching motor cables on the Z axis splitter board to check if it was a bad wire or connection I took a closer look at the screws, and it seemed like they were completely dry of any grease.
I wasn't sure if this was intended as I remember reading you shouldn't grease the MK4 screws (article here). However, when finding the Core One version of the maintenance article (found here), there is a section about greasing the Z-axis lead screws. Unfortunately the printed parts it eludes to for helping grease don't exist yet, there is however a XL version of the same part which I assume will work (Found here under Parts for maintenance -> Z_thread_greaser). Either way I couldn't print it anyway as my printer was binding so bad it couldn't even home properly. So I manually greased the 3 Z screws (The smooth rods seemed fine for grease) by applying some grease, smearing it and then moving the axis up and down (auto-home and z-axis calibration were the easiest way to move them all the way up and all the way down). I repeated this a few times to make sure the grease was spread out properly.
Since then my the Z axis of my Core One seems to be fine. All the binding I experienced have gone away and my print quality is back to normal (It was squishing layers before due to the axis going out of skew mid print).
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
Glad this worked for you! There was also a report in another Core One thread that lubricating the Z screws and guide rods helped to silence the printer. So maybe Prusa was indeed skimping on the grease a bit, at least in some units?
RE: Bed doesn't want to stay level
So, there are nuts which attach the bed to the Z axis drive screws. On these nuts, there are two screws. Support told me I should check if they are lose and they were. Tightening them seems to have resolved the problem. (Illustration was sent to me by prusa)
I appreciate the advice to lubricate. I'll try to do so this weekend.
