Adv Filtration - bed leveling and nozzle cleaning issues

Hi everybody,

Since I installed the adv filtration kit for Prusa Core One I have been having issues with all my prints during bed leveling or nozzle cleaning part.

The moment I turn the Chamber filtration to "none" from the settings menu bed leveling or nozzle cleaning passes straight away.

I troubleshooted whether this is an elctrical or mechanical issue by detaching the fan box from the printer, holding it in my hand and sending a print. No issues when I hold the fan box in my hand so it is not electrical.

Actually when you have adv filtration to on which by default is 40% fan if you touch the coreone frame or place your head chin on a frame you will notice a subtle vibration. I believe this is interfiering with the load cell while doing bed or nozzle cleaning.

Anybody else having this issue ? I see noone complaining about it... Am I having a bad fan ?
I already took it apart and back again to make sure all is correct.
I can replicate this anytime....

What I do as a workaround is having adv filtration to "none" and then once the print passes bed leveling and nozzle cleaning section I select tune and turn it on again.

If this is a generic issue maybe this can be done in firmware and disable it during leveling and cleaning, no ?

Maybe check the fan cable for damage? I don't recognize this behaviour and I don't feel anything strange on the frame.

Nothing to do with the cable mate, if it was damage in the cable it would either not work or not able to measure the fan speed.Only thing I can think of is I might be having a problematic fan whose bearings are not right.
