What does the + mean?
Exactly what does the + bring to the Core One? Looking online at the store I see no differences from what's sitting on my tabletop.
RE: What does the + mean?
I think I finally found the answer by going to the store page and finding the $10 upgrade kit. It features an automatic louver opening scheme, a new filament feed better suited to flex, a new spool holder design, and something else I don't recall - oh, new firmware. I pushed BUY just for the possible filament feed improvement.

Key features:
Automatic Top Vent Operation: The extruder now automatically opens the vent for low-temp materials (PLA/PETG) and closes it for high-temperature materials, ensuring the optimal thermal environment and creating a true "set-and-forget" experience.
Easy Flex Loading: A redesigned filament insertion point makes the process of feeding flexible filaments quick and simple.
New Bayonet-Style Spoolholder: Allows you to use various spool sizes. Ready for a direct-feed drybox.
Firmware & Performance: Includes all software updates from the entire lifespan of the CORE One, resulting in even better print quality and smoother operation right out of the box.
RE: What does the + mean?
When shipping costs more than the actual item, it's a pass from me. Not until I have something else to order that makes it worth paying that ridiculous hipping price.

You have a 3D printer, so its easy to make them yourself 🙂
RE: What does the + mean?
I really don't understand the line that says
"Firmware & Performance"
Is it just marketing on the product page?
I can only see two options ahead:
1. There are two firmware versions, one for core one and one for core one plus
2. Same firmware for core one and core one + with a setting to use the auto open/close vent functionality or not (i.e. I should be able to enable it on my core one - non plus - and it should just do the motions with no effect).
I really can't understand why (1) would be a good option so I guess they just wanted to have a bigger list of improvements and added that?!
Probably I am missing something
RE: What does the + mean?
I agree but in the country I live in; I don't expect much better. CoreOne+ it shall be.

You don't get all the extras like stickers that visible notification that; yes, it's a CoreOne+ 😉

Cut two little strips of white adhesive tape and make yourself a "+" for the door! 😉

The slumming solution. 😉

RE:
It's a bit of a shame to call this "Core One +" if only 10g of filament is added... i'm somewhat disappointed on this renaming - it's definitely not worthed. The number of improvements i put on my Core One alone then mine should be called Core One ++++++++++ already...
The decent "plus" calling would be when indx upgrade will be added - THAT would be ok to call it "core one +"
.

They did it with the Mini, just the change of bed probe was the only difference I think.
