Wait for chamber temp after filament change?

Is it possible for the Core One to wait for the desired chamber temperature to be reached before resuming a print, e.g., after changing filament?

(I read through its handbook, https://www.prusa3d.com/downloads/manual/prusa3d_manual_coreone_101_en.pdf, but while it says you don't need to wait when beginning a print because the filament is close to the plate, it doesn't say much. There's nothing I can find in the LCD menu listing at https://help.prusa3d.com/article/lcd-menu-core-one_829752 that would obviously do this. I ordered my kit back in the beginning of February, so I don't expect to be able to check for myself until summer.)

Why?

This morning on my 4S inside a LACK enclosure, I lost 7 of 12 wide (140mm), thin (3.6mm wall thickness tracing a variously curving line about 13mm total y bounding box), tall (40mm; tall relative only to height) ASA parts after a filament runout change about Z=30mm. The tips/sides of the layers post-change of the 7 copies closest to the door in the front curled up, possibly because of the colder air I let in when changing filament even though I tried to be quick about it. The 5 furthest back survived, possibly because with no openings at the back, they might still have been within warmer air.

So, waiting to resume until the chamber is nice and warm again seems like it would be a good thing. Is this already implemented -- or if not, would it be a reasonable feature request?

On the Core One the filament is fed from the outside. So the chamber should stay warm when you are changing filament.

hey, I can't find anywhere how to set this, it's driving me mad waiting for a certain temperature before a print starts, I just want to get the print started and let the chamber heat up as the first layers are close to the heat bed like you say.
any help please? Thanks

It's the "minimal chamber temperature" setting, in the Prusaslicer material settings. Explained here by the man himself: https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/1ithtby/askprusa_minimal_and_nominal_chamber_temp_in/

Thank you for pointing that out. The filament spool is outside my enclosure, too, so I hadn't paid enough attention to that feature to notice that you don't push filament directly into the extruder on the Core One. Guess there wouldn't be easy access with the extruder always at the top next to a solidish enclosure top. That should help this situation a lot... assuming the printer can do something useful and non-damaging with the purged filament which I always remove after reloading.

Hey guys sorry for asking, but any one found a way to stop prusa core one overwriting prusa slic3r gcode settings? I just got mine, and i wan to print CF that i usually prints at 250, but the printer keeps checking the filament and move tempt to 230, them it moved it to 100, i created a custom filament and it is the same, when trying to preheat with that one, the printer just crash, i also turn off gcode checking but nothing, is so frustrating 🙁 , besides.. i hate how many times it hits the corners when loading filament or starting to print.. don't know.. honestly my old mk3 was a tank, no issues at all..
