Trouble after changing colors
Got my CoreOne about a week ago. It was working great until I tried to change the colors mid-print. After purging, the 2nd color stopped flowing. Now it's stuck. Can't get it to purge again and I can't get it to unload. Before I start tearing into my new assembly, any idea how to proceed?

I think there was a threaded which covered this, not so much the changing of colours, but filament getting stuck. Try a search in the troubleshooting section, I'm sure it's there somewhere.
RE: Trouble after changing colors
I did the online chat with Prusa support. They were very helpful. The trick was to flip the side open, pull the filament out, give it a clean cut with snips and then remove the filament.

Sorry, I may be a bit thick here. Which "side" did you flip open? And then, where did you remove the filament from in the final step?

I assume turboresearch meant the idler - swindle assembly of the nextruder (pics here). Usually you have to unlatch it in order to pull the stuck filament out.
RE: Trouble after changing colors
I'm assuming you mean the idler door, although the below was a little confusing.......you opened the idler door and were able to pull the filament out since it was no longer being grabbed between the idler and gear assembly. You then cut the filament to give it a clean edge, but then removed the filament again?
Either way, glad its resolved!
