Thumb screws vibrating loose on Core One

Anyone else having an issue with the thumbscrews vibrating loose after several prints and the nozzle dropping and scratching the bed?

I didn't have both thumbscrews get loose but I did have one do that. It happened when I was still very new to the printer, tried to remove the nozzle without loosening the screws, and bent the tip of one of the screws. I had to order replacements. Unless you frequently remove nozzles maybe a small amount of blue Loctite?

Thanks.  I might try that.

I do swap nozzles somewhat frequently and a while back noticed the hot-end had rotated a little and found it had loosened off and could easy be moved by hand. I've not had the nozzle fall out and/or scratch the bed so must have just caught it in the nick of time. Checking these thumbscrews has become part of my between-print checklist.

TBH I'd never thought to ask if this was normal, a potential problem, or just another me-issue before seeing this thread

I wonder if you put a small "O" ring under the head, it may work like a lock washer due to the friction.  I have seen similar things done with other equipment.

I can imagine the lower one might cop a bit of heat. If the nextruder was long-term I might consider it, though checking those two thumbscrews when I clean the nozzle between prints isn't a hassle really

I have added this to my checklist also.
