RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Yesterday around 3 pm I ordered an additional satin sheet and it was shipped yesterday around 5 pm.
I am still waiting for Core One, my delivery time is still the same, 21.07 - 27.07
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Now we know why customers have to wait so long for their Core One kits...
Retailers receive priority delivery and already have the kits in stock (see example).
I'd almost be tempted to buy from them. However, there seem to be problems with the supply of spare parts.
Prusa refers customers to the retailer regarding missing or defective parts.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
for example ...
Trustpilot 18.05.2025: "...The call to Prusa was sobering. Since I'm not the owner of the device, I have to contact 3DJake, where I purchased it. According to Prusa, you practically never become the owner of the device, but always remain the reseller... A reseller who doesn't care...
The device is being returned to 3DJake because I had to pay extra for the heatbed, which was broken under warranty, or rather, never worked. I'll write my own review of 3DJake in this regard..."

That's how statutory warranty works over here, and in all EU countries to my knowledge. The customer has a legal entitlement (to have the product fixed, or return it if it can't be fixed) towards the dealer they bought from, not the manufacturer.
Whether 3DJake in particular is a well-behaved dealer and handles warranty requests reasonably -- no idea, I have only bought consumables from them so far. But from the various reports I have read, Prusa support is not always well-behaved either: They often make customers jump through many hoops during a troubleshooting case, before eventually committing to sending replacement parts.
RE:
I've been hearing the same thing for the last month and a half myself. "By the end of the week it will be shipped out." It's starting to piss me off.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
With reference to the holdups with the buddy cam included with orders.
I originally cancelled part of my order including the buddy cam and the filtration unit as it was obvious that these items were holding up deliveries, also hearsay that the cam was crap.
I subsequently received my core one kit and all working brilliantly.
I noted recently that there has been a software update for the cam and it's apparently working much better so on 02nd July I ordered one, in addition to a satin sheet.
The site said that the sheet was available for delivery but the buddy cam would be in stock in 4-5 weeks.
Had a notification of parcel dispatched on the same day and presumed that they would be splitting my order into 2 deliveries.
Parcel delivered today included both the sheet and the buddy cam!
Well done Prusa, delivered to the UK in six days.
Hopefully they are almost caught up with the mixed orders that people have been having trouble with for some time 🤞
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
enjoy your cam. I ordered a kit and camera 5th of June and have seen nothing.
I still have a link to the shipping article for my shipping info since the updates.
Id be upset with Prusa if I thought they were shipping camera orders singly when people with lets be honest, 1200 quid orders are waiting for orders placed a month earlier than yours because of the same camera.
meanwhile Bambu have some deep discounts.
I think I'm also going to be pinged for 20% tax when the printer hits the UK, can anyone confirm this is true?

RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Good luck. I ordered a kit, camera, and filter (with some filament and such too) on March 4th, and I'm still waiting.....
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Sooo... I chatted with customer service today to request my order get split to just the kit and then the rest of my items (camera, filtration, etc...) and was surprised at the response. I was informed everything in my order was in-stock and the holdup is my place in the queue so splitting up my order would accomplish nothing. Given that I ordered March 2 (was batch 9 before they got rid of that designation) I think they were straight up lying to me since someone recently posted they received a shipping notification and they ordered almost a month after me.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Just as a data point, I ordered just the kit on 10-May. I was assigned Batch 16 with an expected ship date of 18-Jun. The shipment left Prague 8-Jul.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
@clarkgriswold: How to make a trip to prague, visiting Prusa with your amazing dog ? 🙂
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Hi all,
I just wanted to share that Today I have canceled my order. It was placed on march 7th and originally I was in a batch 11 - if my memory serves me well. After month or so I suggested that I can resign from cam and filter if that is an issue but the support assured me that it is not the case and so I waited, and waited...
In the beginning of June I saw that they switched to this autopilot delivery dates and I have had an upcoming holidays that would result in a parcel bouncing off my door. I have had no one to receive it for me during that time. I asked the support to either ship it before or after my holidays and I expressed the hope to get it before June ends because it was already taking too much time. They replied that they will do everything to ship it before July. Silly me...
Couple of days ago I found this post:
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/postid/754617/
and it basically has risen my blood pressure to the limits. I proposed this as a solution but they for one failed to mention that this is the problem in the first place misleading a lot of people and then couldn't take a responsibility for the situation.
So now I gave them time till 7th of July to either ship it with or without the problematic items - I don't care about those anymore or send me a confirmation of a fixed shipping date - preferably signed by someone who is running this mess. On 7th I asked support via chat to check the email and said that I'm not joking here. I need at least a confirmation that this is going to be shipped. Preferably by the end of July but whatever reasonable communication would do the trick. Someone at the chat said that will ask the shipping team and allegedly the email or the order (couldn't understand that part) is in their inbox. After that, crickets. No replies and the shipping dates are on the autopilot.
Giving all that, I no longer perceive this company as a trustworthy. The lack of communication, transparency and a complete disrespect to customers time is beyond words. I could multiply examples on how this approach may affect a customer and his/hers life, business etc. but it is pointless at this time. Probably like many of you I have been making purchases all over the world and it didn't matter if it was from US, China, Croatia, Finland, UK, if it was an online shop or just some guy from an Ebay, I have never, ever had an issues like that. Parcels always came within the expected time frame and even if there was a need to communicate with the seller it always was ending in both parties satisfied. But with the European company that has a strong foundations, tons of good reviews I get something completely different.
I'll let you know how long it took to get my money back.
I wish you all the best. It is truly sad that instead of having the famous Prusa experience I get this. I will never be a Prusa customer again. Similar Trustpilot review upcoming - people need to know.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List

RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I ordered the core kit, camera, and filtration system on 3/16.
I think the things that get me upset are:
1) The filtration system and camera keep going in and out of stock; why aren't they saving those for the preorders?
2) Retailers getting priority; did they preorder their systems? Really not fair to charge and keep my money and then basically sell it to someone else.
3) This is not hard; send out kits in the order they are received. Other orders getting filled when they were placed significantly after mine is frustrating. If one or more items cannot ship, CONTACT the CUSTOMER and ask how they would like to proceed? Ship the kit and wait on the camera and the filtration system? Any other permutation from there?
4) If you can't ship preorders in a timely fashion, maybe next time just don't offer preorders.
5) Charging people without shipping. I'm grateful that I can afford to have $1200 sitting out there for months without a product, but that can be a huge financial burden for a lot of people. At least in the US, there is supposed to be an FDA 30 day rule regarding accepting payment and shipping. I guess that's the risk you take when you don't purchase from a US company.
I guess at the end of the day it is "Caveat Emptor", or let the buyer beware. I guess I just thought Prusa was better than this.
My usual motto is that you can generally predict how service will be depends on how well a company handles the initial sales/order. Does not portend well.....
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I have a shipment notification for the kit+filtration+camera, ordered on 3/30!
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
This is so frustrating, my order was placed on the 12/03/2025 so I’m a bit disappointed I haven’t had a confirmation yet, but I am in a different country to you, not sure it that might explain it …. Maybe they ship in batches to different countries?
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I swear they gonna make me finish up in some mental institution. Out of the sudden and after sending a cancelation now I see that my order has been shipped. Only took some serious verbal hand twisting to achieve that. And of course 4 months and 3 days. I'm torn right now. Happy that the printer is coming but seriously mad at the whole situation.
I'll update you if anything changes.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Data point.
Just got shipment (UK) confirmation for my order: kit + camera + filtration, ordered on 26/02/2025, that's been a while )))
