DHL have mine now, they expect to deliver on Thursday. I haven't had the duty notification yet but I called DHL and they said it will come via text and email after they have collected it, they confirmed the VAT that I have to pay which was exactly the amount I expected.

I just cancelled my order of 05/2025. So someone my move up the list (congrats). I find it ridiculous to quote a 3-4 week lead time, take your money and then extend the delivery date up to 8 weeks or more. There is other equipment being produced that operate in process and terms common in this day and age. I still have my Mk4s's and would love to upgrade to Coreone as this is the design I have wanted since the beginning of FDM printing. However, after the last delivery extension I can no longer support these practices or company.

Looks like we ordered at the same time and had the same ship dates and now I have this. How does yours look? 
I have ordered a core-one kit with a bunch of accessories ( filter, camera etc) 4 months ago, and I was on batch 7 which was promised to start delivering at 19th of May. One month later and the shipping date continues to postpone daily.
I tried to contacted the support team and asked them when will I get my order, and they told me to look for the expected shipping date as it’s the most accurate way. Then, I told them that it keeps changing for a month now, but they reply that the expected delivery date is the most accurate way.
I don’t know if an AI agent is answering my inquiries or not but I’m very disappointed by the situation and how they are handling it. Also, I don’t want to cancel the order and reorder the printer separately from the accessories as it will add more lead time than already had.

I've been waiting 11 weeks for my Core One. My order has already been postponed several times because
- I allowed myself to add further products (all of which are available) to the order 10 days before the scheduled delivery date
- at some point I was informed that the Core One filter was not available and could not be delivered in a later delivery and that I should therefore cancel the filter
- although I have already paid more than the full amount, I now have to wait for the overpayment for the filter to be credited back to me.
- I am always given the same answer in the chat, that I have to ask my colleagues for help and that is why it is still delayed.
Honestly, this is such an amateurish service that I'm on the verge of cancelling the order. I have rarely experienced such poor order processing as with Prusa.
Do you have similar experiences?

The guys on the hotline told me to cancel the filter. As long as it is not available, your printer will not be delivered. But if you change your order, you will get a refund. And as long as the refund is not paid out, the order will be postponed. However you do it, they have your money and you have no printer. Any startup can do better than that.

Mine just arrived, DHL were lightning fast as this time yesterday it hadn't even been collected from Prusa so it made it from Prusa to me in the UK in less than 24 hours. Ordered on the 11th of April, kit only no extras.

Same, left Prague 8pm last night and arrived at my door in Ireland before lunch time today. Money well spent… now the package with my extra print sheets and nozzles seems to have gone AWOL but at least I have the kit 🤣

Update about my order for your guys who have similar issue like me. I just received an email from the delivery company saying that they received my package and will transport it thereafter. Also, the order status got updated to “in progress”, and I finally can sleep peacefully knowing my package is in its way to me ^_^

The day for day slides continue with no explanation or communication to customers. I've notice the link to the updated shipping information and tables has disappeared as well. Looking up the accessories apparently holding up my order they are quoting 1-2 weeks for the filtration system and 2-3 weeks for the camera for NEW orders (as of the date of this post). Without any communication from Prusa directly to us customers we are left to imagine and publicize our own scenarios at their peril. At the rate they are progressing pre-orders for the CoreOne+ will happen before they get through the initial backlog.
This must be their order fulfillment department...

No mail from FedEx yet about the delivery…

I see the price of the kit has dropped from $999 to $949 yet they haven’t even finished shipping the backlog of preorders. Is anyone getting refunds for the price difference?

i think the kit has always been $949 (march preorder and it was the same price then). The extra $40-50 comes from any one of the add-on plates iirc. mine was $989 with the textured plate for example

The sad thing is, that I have no time to build it before 15th of Juli... 😱😭

I ordered mine about 2.5 weeks before you and got it last week, all going well you'd be hopeful it will ship next week for you.
I moved from my biggest frustration being waiting for it to ship, to now not having the time to work on it. If I had a it a couple weeks ago I'd be done. Managed to steal 2 hours since I got it and have been just staring at the base plate with the Z motors in it next to my desk since. Was away over the weekend, and with 2 small kids opportunities are limited!! I can see a solid day and I'd get it mostly done but likely only get an hour here and there for the next 2 weeks. This is going to take me a while 🤣

Greetings, all. Is anyone besides me having problems seeing a current shipping estimate on their order page? I was seeing a date range up until about a week ago, after which my estimate reverted back to the generic "up-to-date shipping information" link. Yes, I know I'm at the back of the line with my May order, but it's nice to have some sign of activity. I've gotten conflicting answers from customer support on whether this is an isolated issue or whether shipping dates have been disabled for everyone. Thanks!

So, ordered 3/16 with filter and camera, and like a lot of people, shipping date gets pushed back further and further.
This will be (if it ever arrives), my first Prusa printer. Started with a PrintrBot, then a Flashforge Creator 2 (but hard to find parts for it now), so decided to go with the Prusa (over Bamboo Labs, as I’m concerned about them closing down the ecosystem). Will it be worth it, or should I cancel and buy something else? Main thing Im looking for is a reliable 3D printer.
